Voyage with Vaya and explore the richness of Cuba with a curated itinerary created just for you. We create tailor-made cultural immersion trips focused on Cuban art, architecture, dance and music.
Vaya contracts professional English speaking tour guides, arrange the type of hospitality that suits you and prearranges all your selected activities. With Cuba Concierge travel you will be well taken care of. We can arrange for you to have some time on your own or a fully guided Itinerary. In either case, Your Man in Havana is only a phone call away.
To help you learn what Cuba has to offer take a look at some ideas for your trip: Art Adventures, Magical Cuba and Dance through Cuba. View the three Sample Itineraries here: Itinerary:Art, Itinerary: Magical Cuba, Itinerary: Dance & Music and then, change them in any way you like!
Before your trip, Vaya meets with you (email, call, text, zoom whatever you prefer) and together WE create your Itinerary. When you arrive in Havana you are picked up at the airport and taken to your Casa. Your Cuban Guide will meet you there and review your Itinerary with you in person.
Itineraries vary, for instance Vaya arranged a trip for 3 adventurous women in the 80's. They were picked up each morning by a Cuban Guide or Driver and accompanied every moment of the day until they returned back to their hotel at night.
In other cases, a couple would prefer to be driven to a restaurant in the evening but take their time and call for their own taxi home with the assistance of the Maitre'D.
With the Concierge Service Your Man in Havana will always be aware of your whereabouts and he can be reached 24/7.

In Cuba a Casa Particular is similar to an Air B&B but these delightful abodes have been around for for many more decades. Vaya can arrange the style of Casa Particular that suits your taste. There is a wide range; from a room in a house with a family, to an individual apartment with a kitchen or you could rent an entire mansion with 3 or 4 bedrooms with a chef and a caretaker.
At the moment the U.S. government does not allow American citizens to stay in large hotels in Cuba because they are State run, as apposed to being private enterprises. There are a few small boutique hotels in Havana that are privately owned and available to U.S. citizens. For these hotels you must book months in advance.
Vaya only arranges hospitality with Casas that we trust and have a personal relationship with the owners.
Host a dinner and a musical soiree for your family. Vaya will take care of the catering.
The outdoor terrace at El Cocinero serves an eclectic menu of European/Cuban cuisine.
In the middle of the hustle an bustle of the Old City you can find peace and serenity.
Relax in a soothing minimal space.
Although large hotels are off limits for American travelers we think you will find the alternative even more charming.
